The Bright Source LED Emergency Maintained/Non-Maintained bulkhead is ideal for use identifying escape routes and exits in compliance with the emergency lighting standard BS5266-1. This fitting is a direct replacement for the common 12” fitting used in the majority of commercial properties and offers a 40% energy saving.
This emergency bulkhead fitting is a 5w fitting, offering a 40% energy saving. This bulkhead fitting also has a 5-year warranty (with online registration), the battery life is 2 years but can be easily replaced to extend the life of the fitting.
Energy-efficient, producing 60lm per watt, an output of 300-lumen output. This robust polycarbonate IP65 waterproof fitting, 120 ° beam angle also has multiple cable entry points making it a versatile emergency fitting.
Maintained – the fitting will be illuminated on mains power until the power is cut and the battery backup will take over powering the fitting for the 3hr battery duration.
Non maintained – the luminaire will remain in off mode until the power has been cut off and then the fitting will then illuminate.
