Our Mission

Our mission is to illuminate your spaces in the most efficient and stylish way possible. Whether you're seeking ambient lighting for a cozy evening or looking to elevate the lighting in your office or warehouse, we have you covered with our diverse product range, including the latest in LED and Fluorescent technology.  

We are dedicated not only to delivering outstanding products but also to supporting charitable causes. Through various fundraising activities, including pyjama days and bake sales, we have supported several charities, such as the Children's Heart Surgery Fund and the Guide Dogs Association. 

We also understand how incredibly important sustainability and the environment is, therefore, our processes take these factors into consideration. To ensure our products are more efficient, we examine our products using a Goniophotometer. This machine assesses various aspects of a lighting product's construction, from its luminous efficiency to the structural integrity of the glass components. Using this machine ensures that the final product matches the specifications advertised on its packaging, guaranteeing that consumers receive what they expect. This process is crucial for maintaining quality and reliability in lighting products, providing consumers with confidence in the product's performance.  

Additionally, we use 97.5% recyclable packaging in our warehouse. Adopting recyclable materials has significantly reduced our plastic waste and enhanced our sustainability efforts. Even small adjustments, like transitioning T8 tube packaging to cardboard, have allowed us to increase product protection without compromising on quality. 

We also have an extensive LED product range which perfectly aligns with the United Nation’s Sustainability Goal 12, which is to “Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns” (United Nations, 2023). LEDs are composed of roughly 95% recyclable materials. They are free from substantial quantities of hazardous substances, making them compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards. As a result of this compliance, LEDs must be disposed of separately from commercial waste or can be taken to designated waste centres. In the UK, the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) commission specifically handles the regulation of electrical waste, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
