This is a Bright Source 12w LED corn light with an ES (E27) cap, ideal for replacing Metal Halide and SON lamps. This lamp is an ideal alternative for a 50w SON/MH, offering energy savings of 60% and a lumen output of 1800 lumens. These lamps are often used in warehouses and factories as well as being used to light outdoor spaces in applications such as street lighting or in car parks and other outdoor areas. The 12w corn lamp has a colour temperature of 6000k meaning they are great for use in areas with CCTV coverage as this gives off a crisp white colour rather than the yellow glow of a SON lamp. They have an average life of 50,000 hours, over three times longer than a SON or Metal Halide lamp, significantly reducing maintenance costs. This product comes with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. This product has had a recent design change and is now fitted with a heat sink instead of a internal fan to keep the LED's cool.
