You are viewing the switchable colour temperature SOLO 7 All In One LED Downlight by Britesource. This is a 7w version of the popular SOLO 10 downlight. This unique downlight has the ability to switch between 3000k, 4000k & 6000k with a simple click of a switch on the fascia. This can be done without taking the downlight out of the ceiling like most switchable downlights on the market. The 7w LED downlight comes with a magnetic white bezel only which is placed over the fixed fascia covering the switch also. Optional bezels can be purchases if a different fascia cover is required (see related products).

The 7w LED in 3000k warm white has a lumen output of 520, the 4000k cool white has a lumen output of 600 and the 6000k daylight has a lumen output of 530. Cool white is the most popular choice and has a slightly higher lumen output. The Fascia is IP65 rated and the full fitting is 90 minute fire rated to BS476-22 standards. Body construction is steel, aluminium & polycarbonate.

This can be used in Zones 1 & 2 in bathrooms and comply with regulations. The fitting is dimmable and can be used with any quality trailing edge dimmer (maximum 20 fittings per circuit). The physical dimensions of the downlight are: 57mm x 82mm x 82mm excluding the driver. The compact design allow easy installation in shallow ceiling voids. Optimum working temperatures range between -30°c - +35°c, but maintaining a cooler environment will prolong the life of the LED. Average lamp life is 50,000 hours and is capable of 100,000 switch cycles. 3 year warranty covered by online registration.
