Philips HF-R 424 TL5/PL-L EII 4-Lamp Dimmable Ballast

The Philips HF-R 424 TL5/PL-L EII is a high-frequency dimmable ballast designed for TL5 HE/HO and PL-L fluorescent lamps. It uses a 1–10V analog dimming interface to deliver smooth and responsive light control. Operating on a 220–240V supply at 50/60 Hz, this unit is ideal for professional lighting environments where dimming flexibility and energy efficiency are required. With a peak inrush current of 45A and low earth leakage current (0.5 mA), it supports up to 12 units on a 16A Type B MCB.

Housed in a compact 359 x 39 x 22 mm casing and IP20-rated for finger protection, the ballast includes WAGO 251 universal terminals for automatic and manual wiring. It is suitable for ambient operating temperatures between –20°C and +50°C.
