How We Get Your Products to You Safely

When ordering from us, you’ll want to know how we ensure your product reaches you safely. To reassure you that your product will reach you in once piece, here’s our guide to show you how it’s done.

All fragile items are sent out in a similar process but package dimensions and boxes vary on how we sent the parcels out. For example, smaller items are packed securely using a Fedex bag.

The majority of orders are sent out for next day delivery and products leave the same day if the items ordered are in stock.

If you’ve ordered a specialist product then we will need to order this in so it may take a little longer to get to you.

Below is a packaged fluorescent tube, ready for delivery.

Your chosen products are wrapped securely in bubble wrap to protect them from knocks and breakages.

The product is then wrapped securely with tape and labelled for delivery.
