GE Biax 2D compact fluorescent lamps have been available for many years but GE Tungsram is introducing the latest generation of lamps under the name of 2D™ Watt-Miser™. They offer lower power consumption over traditional 16w, 28w and 38w 2D lamps but up to 12%.
