What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged Or Faulty Item?

We strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Order on Arrival – Check your items as soon as they are delivered.

  2. Report the Issue Within 30 Days – Notify us within 30 days of delivery if you find any faults or damage. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

  3. Provide Photo Evidence – Take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to help@lampshoponline.com.

  4. Resolution Process – Once we receive the photos:

    • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

    • If returning the item is necessary, we will arrange for its collection.

    • In some cases, we may refund the damages rather than issuing replacements.

If you do not report any issues within 30 days, it will be assumed that the goods have been accepted as delivered.
