Do Your Products Come With a Warranty?
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the brand and product type.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty typically covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and workmanship issues for a specified period. It does not cover accidental damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Satisfaction Team with your order details and a description of the issue. Provide clear photos of the faulty product if required. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with our warranty policy.
Are There Extended Warranty Options Available?
