Can I Track My Order?

After placing an order with LampShopOnline, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. When your order is dispatched, we will send a follow-up email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking system.

To track your order:

1. Check your email for the dispatch confirmation.

2. Click on the tracking link provided in the email.

3. Enter your tracking number (if required) on the courier’s website.
