Can I Exchange a Product?
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, and we’re happy to help with an exchange. To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

It should be returned within the returns period specified in our policy.

The exchange is subject to stock availability of the replacement product.

If the replacement item has a price difference, we will either refund or request the balance accordingly.

Return postage costs may apply unless the exchange is due to a fault or an error on our part.
