Can you accept orders from schools?
Yes, all schools are able to send orders and pay on invoice and credit terms.
Do your prices include vat?
The products are listed with two prices, with and without VAT – the top price listed includes VAT.
How much do I have to spend to qualify for free delivery?
Free delivery is available on orders of £40 + VAT.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We do offer discounts for larger orders. You can find out how much you can save on most product pages, if quantity price breaks are shown. If not or you would like us to beat a genuine quote, then call our sales line.
What type of payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cheques and Bacs payment.
Do you offer credit accounts?
If you are a limited company and meet the relevant criteria we can offer a credit account. To apply for a credit account please call our sales team on 0113 8876270 who will take your email address and send you a form.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
We offer a 5% discount to any company with a valid charity number.

How long will my order take to arrive?
When you place your order, you will be able to select when you want your products to be delivered. Next day delivery is available and is what most of our customers choose. For more information on deliveries, please visit our delivery page.
Do you deliver to my area?
We can deliver to anywhere in the world via FedEx, Royal Mail, DPD & UK Mail.
How do I return my incorrect goods?
Either message us via your online account, or contact us by telephone on 0113 8876270 or email returns@lampshoponline.com For more information on returning an order please visit our returns page.
If my order arrives broken what can you do about it?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged when it arrives, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to customerservices@lampshoponline.com where a member of our team will be able to assist you.
How will my goods be delivered and how do I know that the products will get to me in one piece?
We take extra care packing our deliveries due to the fragile nature of bulbs. So you can see how safe our packages are, we’ve put the below video together demonstrating just how carefully we pack our customers’ orders.

I have a bulb/tube which needs replacing but I don’t know what I have to replace it with so can you help me?
You can call us on 0113 8876270 and a member of our informative and friendly team will be able to answer your questions.

What do the numbers mean on the end of the lamp?
These are the codes for the lamp, it usually tells you the wattage, cap and colour of the lamp.
