- Can I order by telephone?

How do I know your site is secure?

Can you accept orders from schools?
Yes, all schools are able to send orders and pay on invoice and credit terms.
Do your prices include vat?
The products are listed with two prices, with and without VAT – the top price listed includes VAT.
How much do I have to spend to qualify for free delivery?
Free delivery is available on orders of £40 + VAT.
- Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We do offer discounts for larger orders. You can find out how much you can save on a bulk order and there is a button on the product page that says click here for bulk prices, if you click this button it will show you discounted prices, we also have a bulk discount enquiry page if you have a very large enquiry.
- What type of payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept PayPal, cheques and Bacs payment.
- Do you offer credit accounts?
If you are a limited company and meet the relevant criteria we can offer a credit account. To apply for a credit account please fill in our Credit Account Application form or call our sales team on 0843 178 2828 for more information.
- Do you offer discounts for charities?
We offer a 5% discount to any company with a valid charity number.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
When you place your order, you will be able to select when you want your products to be delivered. Next day delivery is available and is what most of our customers choose. For more information on deliveries, please visit our delivery page.
- Do you deliver to my area?
We can deliver to anywhere in the world via FedEx.
- How do I return my incorrect goods?
Either message us via your online account, or contact us by telephone on 0843 178 2828 or email email@example.com. For more information on returning an order please visit our returns page.
- If my order arrives broken what can you do about it?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged when it arrives, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will be able to assist you.
How will my goods be delivered and how do I know that the products will get to me in one piece?
We take extra care packing our deliveries due to the fragile nature of bulbs. So you can see how safe our packages are, we’ve put the below video together demonstrating just how carefully we pack our customers’ orders.
I have a bulb/tube which needs replacing but I don’t know what I have to replace it with so can you help me?
You can call us on 0843 178 2828 and a member of our informative and friendly team will be able to answer your questions.
